I produced this piece using a multi-layer stencil process to render the iconic silhouette of Carrie Fisher in full-color detail. To ground the portrait in a galactic aesthetic, the subject is set against a deep blue background, allowing the character’s classic white robes and features to stand out with striking clarity. As a Legacy Piece from my early collection, this painting features a unique, hand-worked texture—once it finds a home, this exact original will not be recreated.
The Process & Materials: To ensure this piece remains a lasting part of your collection, it is prepared on a professional-grade wood panel where the natural grain adds a touch of organic character to the background. The entire painting is finished with a protective satin varnish, which deepens the color tones while eliminating the harsh, distracting reflections caused by room lighting.
