thinksojoe.com tweaks

If you haven't noticed as of yet, this site has a new design yet again.  It's pretty similar to the old design, just with a new banner image and a few other tweaks.  The overall goal is to make this site more mobile friendly, which is already happening.  The next steps are to make some design changes specifically for mobile devices and get this blog to pass Google's Mobile Friendly test.

The biggest change at the moment effects the complete opposite end of the spectrum.  This site used to be confined to the middle of your screen if you were on a widescreen monitor.  I've fixed it so that it scales to the size of your monitor, and it should look good regardless of what you're viewing it on.

I've got some behind the scenes stuff I need to figure out too.  I posted an article the other day that is scheduled for New Years Eve at 11:59PM.  The link posted to Facebook and Twitter immediately, which is not good.  I have to figure out how to get it to publish on social media at the time it's scheduled, not the time I hit submit.  Oh well.

Here's a screenshot of the old layout for comparison.
